Freshly Roasted at SoLo Brewing Lisboa, by your own Adroaldo, we show you this Kent AB from Leon Christianakis, a Kent from Tanzania that is fermented then Fully Washed before drying. I named this coffee Hongera, in Swahilli it means Congratulations or to congratulate. This is a homenage to the my late Father in Law, Nelcy Campos Filho, who would often congratulate people and moments, always being positive towards the ones around him. We deeply miss you Nelcy! We find this fitting for this coffee, as it is amazing smooth and fully bodied, the kind of confort coffee we all love! It will behave really nice on filters and really shines on espresso, with deep milk chocolate and hazelnuts notes and a hint of red fruits.
